Should body cameras be required for all policemen?

With inexpensive cameras and ubiquitous bandwidth it is feasible to have every police officer wear a body camera to record their actions. Proponents feel this would deter police officers from abusing their authority while also providing more accurate information for analyzing purported cases of inappropriate behavior. Opponents feel this puts police officers at greater risk because they may be tried with incomplete information (the camera may not capture all the information) or because they may cause police officers to be too cautious and not react quickly enough in dangerous situations.
